The South Carolina Association of Consulting Foresters will be hosting a meeting, Timber Basis, Estate, Probate, Land Swaps and Gifts on Timberland, on October 19, 2023 at the Harbison Environmental Education Center in Columbia, SC. This meeting is open to the public. Topics include various tax issues, estate planning, transitioning a business, and updates on timber markets, the FASC and the SCFC.
