National Conference Update

In this time of uncertainly as we all continue to navigate through the challenges posed by the coronavirus (COVID-19), ACF staff and leaders have been diligently following updates from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and other officials to guide decision making processes.

On March 19, 2020, with the Texas ACF Chapter's support and consideration of far-reaching ramifications, the Executive Committee voted to cancel the 2020 National Conference.  The 2021 National Conference will take place as currently planned in Eugene, Oregon.  We will be working with the Hyatt Regency Austin and other Texas partners in the coming days to reschedule and we look forward to welcoming you to the Lone Star state in 2022.

This has been a difficult decision but our top priority is the health and well-being of every ACF member, guest, sponsor, speaker, and staff member.  With the current COVID-19 threat and uncertainty surrounding when we will be able to travel and gather again, we feel it is prudent to cancel this year's conference.

Rest assured, we will be taking steps to provide alternate opportunities for education and professional development, communication and information sharing between members, and vendor participation.  We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
